About me:
I began my real estate investing career 20 years ago as an agent helping a small investor client base buy and sell properties who ultimately became my de-facto mentors. Initially, I started investing as they did: flipping and “brrr-ing” single family homes and was reasonably successful at doing so. However, the real wealth for me came once I decided to follow my own instincts and analysis. I began sourcing and completing deals that nobody else was talking about and success compounded. I quickly moved into other asset classes: multifamily, RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks, Retail, Land, and now Industrial. All of which have produced – and continue to produce – returns beyond what I even thought initially possible.
Yes, you will need to learn basic analysis and real estate calculations. And it is absolutely critical that you base / “ground” your analysis on “real world” information. We can talk about that.
But first we will work on what your plans are. How you see the world, and what you intend to do to produce the lifestyle you want.
And then we will quickly get into actual deals: sourcing, analyzing, acquiring, executing, and eventually completing each one along with the constellation of concerns within all of those deal components.
